Process
We design renovations, additions, new homes, and interior transformations that respond to the character of the property and the way our clients want to live. Architecture and interiors are considered together, allowing planning, materials, lighting, furnishings, and custom details to develop as one cohesive idea.
Our work can range from a focused room renovation to a complete reimagining of a home. Whether opening a floor plan, adding much-needed space, restoring existing character, or creating something entirely new, we look for opportunities to make each home more functional, distinctive, and personal.
Residential Architecture & Interiors
Kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, laundry areas, pantries, closets, bars, and built-ins are some of the most hardworking spaces in any home. We design them to be highly functional while still feeling thoughtful, inviting, and connected to the architecture around them.
Our approach brings together cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, surfaces, and storage to create spaces that work beautifully from every angle. Through our relationship with Mulberry Millworks, we can also provide cabinetry design, procurement, and coordination as part of a complete and streamlined process.
Kitchens & Bath Design
We design restaurants, cafés, bars, boutique hotels, inns, retail spaces, wellness environments, and other places created for people to dine, stay, gather, shop, and recharge.
Great hospitality design must create a memorable experience while also responding to operations, durability, accessibility, budget, and schedule. We bring those considerations together to shape environments with a strong sense of identity, whether the project is an intimate neighborhood café, a lively restaurant, a restorative wellness space, or a new destination farther afield.
Hospitality
The final layers of a project can transform a well-designed room into a place that feels complete. We select and procure furniture, decorative lighting, rugs, window treatments, artwork, accessories, and other interior elements that reinforce the larger design and bring warmth, texture, and personality to the space.
Our FF&E services may include sourcing, showroom visits, purchasing, delivery coordination, installation, and final styling. Whether incorporated into a larger architectural project or provided as a focused interiors service, the goal is a finished environment in which every element feels intentional.
Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment
A successful project requires more than a strong idea. We help clients understand what is possible, navigate regulatory requirements, coordinate the right consultants, and translate the design into clear documents for approvals, pricing, and construction.
Our services may include feasibility studies, documentation of existing conditions, zoning and code research, permit submissions, consultant coordination, contractor bidding, construction documentation, and support throughout construction. We remain involved as the project moves forward, helping resolve questions, protect the design intent, and guide the work toward a thoughtful and well-executed result.
